WHAT IS INCLUDED
Buying or selling a home is a big decision in life – no matter who you are – and the home inspection is one of the most critical parts of the entire process. We take that to heart when we inspect your home – which is why we work so hard to provide the best home inspections possible.
We start by making the appointment at a time that is convenient for you. During the initial call, we would love to hear any particular concerns you have about the home so we can be prepared to focus on those for you.
We invite you to join us on the home inspection wherever it is safe to do so. As you do this, we can show you any issues that we may find, answer questions you have, and show you how the different parts of your home function.
We are proud of providing one of the most thorough home inspections in the area, but we are also proud of our reports – which you will receive after your inspection is complete. With our inspection report, you will be able to negotiate with sellers, fix issues, and sleep well at night with our Repair Request Builder.
