Hey there! I’m Jim Adams, a TREC licensed (TREC # 20255) home inspector with over 3500 inspections performed and 15 years of experience under my belt. I love helping home buyers and sellers navigate the ins and outs of real estate, making sure you have all the info you need to feel confident in your decisions.
What I Do:
I provide thorough home inspections that cover everything from the foundation to the roof. My goal is to give you peace of mind, whether you’re buying your first home or your forever home. If you’re getting ready to sell, I also offer pre-listing inspections to help avoid surprises once you have a contract. I’m all about clear communication, so if you have questions, please ask!

A Bit About Me:
I was born and raised in Mesquite and have lived in Garland for the last 30 years. I’m happily married to the love of my life, Ann. When I’m not busy inspecting homes, we love to seek out hidden entertainment gems all around North and East Texas. We love to listen to local musical artists and take day or weekend trips whenever we can. Family and fun are super important to us!
